Chan Fook Yee

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He has more than 25 years in the customer service industry involving areas such as consultancy, contact centre operations, training and education.

His remarkable contributions to the industry did not go unnoticed and in 2013 he was awarded by Contact Centre World the "Industry Champion for Malaysia". This is the first time a Malaysian was accorded with such a high standard of recognition in the world stage and in particular for the customer service industry.

In 2013, he extended his service with China Outsource World (COW), a Hong Kong based company focusing on Global Outsourcing Business. One of their key areas is to provide Innovative Education and Training program to the universities in China. The aim is to develop a prepared student talent pool equipped with necessary industry skill set which opens the opportunities for them to work in established local organizations as well as multi-national companies (MNC).

Within the Year of 2014 to 2017, several hundreds of Chinese's students with good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese have been deployed to work for MNC and other major companies in Malaysia. This is a huge collaboration with the support of the Ministry of Commerce and Guangzhou's Higher Education Department of China.

Additionally, his dedication has earned him the appointment as the Guest Professors for more than 5 universities in China as the subject matter expert in Service Outsourcing. He conducts regular classes in China on this subject.

Over and above the academic front, he is also an active member of the contact centre industry in which he has been appointed as honorable judge for Malaysia, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. An experienced speaker he conducts talks and shares Outsourcing and Customer Services Industry Insights.

He was the Executive Director for Contact Centre Association of Malaysia for 5 years and currently holds the post of Vice President.
